 What's a fair annual salary for a managerial position where....? you work Monday - Friday, 10-12 hours a day, you're on call 24 hours a day/7 days a week (except when on vacation) to take care of emergencies from home, you oversee 5 employees and have 14 years of experience in your field?      |
