| I planted some marigolds a month and a half ago (around seven weeks) and now i want to move them to suit my new design in the flowerbed. Would it be ok to dig them up and move them around without having them die when i replant them? Thanks everyone |

| Yes, they should transplant just fine-they tend to be fairly hardy. Just be sure to dig up the whole root, and replant them as quickly as possible. While I don't think they are particularly pretty, the one I planted last year did WONDERFUL. It was huge by the end of the season, and lots of blooms. Be sure to deadhead often, it helps it bloom more often, and abundantly. |
