When do sunflower seeds expire?

| depending on the conditions it was kept under it might still be good, if seeds are kept cold and dry they can last a while (especially sunflower seeds) but if there was any dampness or moisture in your garage they will probley not sprout. then again if there is excessive heat it might dry the seed out to - but thats unlikely. the only way you will know is just try planting them, besides sunflowers sprout quickly and some of the strongest plants and seeds so it couldnt hurt to just throw them in the ground and see what comes of it. |
