Please help me! My fear of cockroaches has really got to me?

 Please help me! My fear of cockroaches has really got to me? I've got a cockroach phobia. No lie. Tonight, I stepped out of the bathroom, and saw a American Cockroach. I stared at it for 10 minutes. Then I walked away, and I saw two American Cockroaches! I started crying. Please help me. I'm not a girly girl, I'm not meant to be like this. I live in Sydney, Australia. My Mother and family try to keep our house clean, but these cockroaches come up through the drains and we can't stop that. Please help I'm frantic! I can't even be in the same house as a cockroach. Should I go to a doctor?      |
