uk- is it illegal to sit topless -female- in your own garden?

perhaps its simply not politically correct but if i try to make sure my direct neighbour isnt home, is it ok? or if neighbours down the row of houses, who i dont know if they are in, can see me does that make it illegal? or is it just bad manners? thanks
lmao i called the council and the guy on the phone said he wouldnt mind if i was his neighbour lol but i would have to be committing an act of indecency... lol i should have asked him if it was legal to commit an act of indecency then but i lost my chance lol hmm, he said he didnt think the police would take it seriously if i got reported. who knows?
i know my direct neighbours arent in.. unless they arein and their car is out being serviced lol

It would have to be in the privacy of your home, so therefore not visible. They can call the police on grounds of indecent exposure as there isn't any real difference to walking down the street topless in front of your house or being in your yard.
