UK- Is it bad manners to sunbathe topless in your back garden?

apparently its not illegal illegal but is it bad manners ifyou do it thinking that your neighbours are out-- direct neighbours are, who knows about anyone else down the road.. thanks

well, ask yourself if you want to see your neighbours taking sunbathe topless, I think that's the answer
