Additional to what Steve said, Phal Taisuco Kochdian is a beautiful
white phal which isn't as twitchy as many other phals, (or I should say
not in my hands) so if you follow Steve's advice you should have blooms
soon.
september.org>, tlswilso@aol.com says...

Ok, they're roots. I just took a look at it and
there are seven of them on the surface of the
planting medium headed for the edge. They're
almost there. Who knows how many underneath?

The largest set of leaves are now 12
inches/30.5cm from tip to tip.

I had trimmed the expired flower spike back to
about 3 inches but no new spike so far.
I think I'll call it Audrey Jr.

Very long pink flowers? Or... round pink flowers on a very long stem?
It's too late in the evening for me to write a long answer but, try
pulling it out of the pot and inspect the roots. Are most of them firm
or mostly soft and hollow feeling? Is it dry around all the roots or is
it soggy?
If the leaves themselves feel or look wilted, it's either not enough
water or too much water and the roots have died. That's why you inspect
the roots first.
Check it out. Ask more questions. I'll try to get back here to answer or
someone else will.
