| I live in a council house (south of england) and am curious as to which side of the garden is mine to fence. I've been told the right side, but the fence is broken and falling down, the previous neighbours put it up without asking me. I'm told they should have. The new neighbours want me to fix it, but I can't afford it, plus I didn't know it was my responsibility! So do I have to fix a fence which was put up without my permission on my side of the garden? Not happy if I have to as I was happy with the last fence, which was fine when removed! |
