sunflowers? i grew some from seeds i bought from the supermarket, ?

they grew huge about 6ft tall, how do i grow them again for next year? their dying off now, so do i take the seeds from the middle and plant?

wow I never new you could do that, mine grew yo 5 foot then the head fell off
