Default Law: Boss using security cameras indecently?

Sounds a little worse than it actually is!

First off, I work in retail in Scotland and we have security cameras fitted throughout the store. Recently, we - the staff- discovered that our assistant manager was using the camera to zoom in on the female employees (bums, boobies etc) by the word of a male colleague. We feel violated! But there's no way to prove it, really. Even though he is in there alone frequently. We also noticed that the management team have been using the camera to watch us at work to evaluate our work performance. The Assistant manager isn't using it for this purpose as he is still in there and there aren't any performance evaluations left for another several months at least.

I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do, or opinions, or if there's any laws here that being broken?

See your union and ask for legal advice....you do have a right to privacy under the Human rights Act which is being violated here..
