Whats the best and easiest way to clean granite floors?

i have a large room with granite floors.as much as they look good they are difficult to keep clean specially as they are black!

Whats the best way to clean them as mopping them leaves streaks behind and also leaves them dull.

ive heard steam cleaning works but just wondered if steam cleaning with a machine would damage or take away the sheen/shine?
