Linoleum kitchen floors! I cant get mine clean! Please help?

Ok I have a white-ish linoleum flooring in my kitchen, its only 3 years old, and it has 'pit' like markings in it to make it look like tile. Well those tiny little 'pits' love to house dirt. The only way I can get the dirt out of those pits is by getting on my hands and knees every 2-3 months and using a extremely coarse scrubbing brush and ajax or another harsh cleaner. It takes me around 3 hours to hand scrub the darn floor, I am sick of it. I would like to get the floor super super clean and wax it this weekend, holidays are coming up! Any tips or ideas are so very Thanks in advance.

I know what I'd do. I'd $hitcan the Linoleum and ceramic the floor.
