I have just put down vinyl flooring in a room where I keep puppies and the other?

foster Chihuahua's and small dogs that I have. I clean it with a combo of half bleach half water. Now it is sticky. Does anyone know what I can use to clean it with that won't be sticky. I plan to use vinegar and water for it but I would like something that disinfects for the poop that I clean up.
