dirty looking linoleum floors?

 dirty looking linoleum floors? I have off white linoleum floors in my kitchen. They look like they are always dirty. What could I scrub them with to get that greyish residue of whatever it is off. I have already stripped the wax from the floors. Replacing them is not an option.      |
