Default Cost to pick up vinyl and lay vinyl or laminate floor in kitchen?

How much does it cost to remove an old vinyl floor and replace with a laminate or new vinyl tile floor in a 200 square foot room? I would try myself, but there is what looks like a base board from a wall that the previous owner took out at the transition to the wood floor and I am scared to mess with it. Would it cost more to have them remove the base board too?

You can lay over it, but first you have to do floor prep.
Go to Home Depot, go back in the flooring Dept. and find a bag of HENRY'S patch material, get a small bucket also and a flat trowel.

You mix up henry's with water in the bucket, start out first with just a little bit of water, pour some powder in and mix, you want the consistency of peanut butter.
Pour out on floor and take trowel, flat side arched up, and skim over vinyl floor, do not leave any puddles, after drying, scrape with trowel,

You are ready to lay vinyl tile now,
